During the pandemic, as we were required to stay in our houses, we cannot help but feel overwhelmed with distractions that we were not used to. Because I was at home 24/7, my kids found it convenient as I can tend to their needs almost every minute they see me but it was quite distracting for me when I start my work mode at home.
